Do we offer refunds or exchanges?

We offer a return or exchange or refund for items that are:


  • Damaged upon arrival
  • Defective if applicable
  • Not authentic
  • Officially lost by USPS



Return Process


  • **Notification:** Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to report any issues. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if possible.
  • **Return Authorization:** We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item.
  • *Condition of Returned Items*All returned items must be in their original packaging and condition if it has any. This does not apply to loose pins.



Refunds and Exchanges:


  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method, or we will issue your exchange.
  • Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account.



Non Returnable Items:


Please note that certain items, such as custom or personalized products, cannot be returned.
