Do we offer refunds or exchanges?

We offer a return or exchange or refund for items that are:

Damaged upon arrival
Defective if applicable
Not authentic
Officially lost by USPS


Return Process

Notification*:** Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to report any issues. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if possible.
Return Authorization*:** We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item.
Condition of Returned Items***All returned items must be in their original packaging and condition if it has any. This does not apply to loose pins.


Refunds and Exchanges:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method, or we will issue your exchange.
Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account.


Non Returnable Items:

Please note that certain items, such as custom or personalized products, cannot be returned.
